Florida’s 20th district is the bluest district in the state, which means this Augusts Democratic primary is the real election. There is no waiting until November.
And for the first time, there’s no incumbent. The seat Dale missed by five votes in 2021 is wide open in 2026, but the window is now.
Dale doesn’t make promises he hasn’t already kept. Over 20 years he delivered affordable homes in neighborhoods that had been written off, rental relief when families needed it the most, and grew contracting for minority and women-owned business from 10% to 44%.
